Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal for men or women
This one is a mens cologne but it reminded me of a perfume I loved years ago but could never remember what it was. The minute I tried it in the shops I was in love. I have to say since I have been wearing it, women are asking me what is it including me two daughters. Love Love Love this scent

Sweet intoxicating caramel powerful-house
The caramel sweetness is lusciously smooth combined appropriately with the citrus/sage opening. The middle notes linger for a solid 6+ hours while the vetiver base continues for an additional 3+ hours with a total of a 9+ hour longevity and an above average level of projection. The progression surprisingly strengthens throughout the day and retains a strong caramel essence with a hint of bubblebum over a very slow die-down. Much to my surprise, the single spray sample card smells 90% similar nearly one week later. Having sampled most Jean Paul Gaultier fragrances other than the apparently discontinued "Ultra Male", this is by far their best performing fragrance, especially more than Le Male Le Parfum. The presentation of the bottle and box is another 10/10 with the option to refill the 100ml+ bottle which is extremely convenient. My views on Scandal don't align with the majority of the reviews that are labeling it as generic. From the "This perfume reminds me of" section, I have sampled both One Million and Phantom by Paco Rabbane which both fail to come anywhere close to the quality of Scandal. I do smell minor similarity's with Le Beau, purely due to the tonka, however Le Beau is not the best comparison given its more refreshing bergamot top notes and coconut middle. Lastly it smells nothing like the off-putting and overbearing scent of Bad Boy by Carolina Herrera. Overall a unique release from Jean Paul Gaultier and a worthy purchase to anyone lacking sweeter scents in their collection. It has great long term value given the refill-ability and friendly price tag of the 200ml refills. Can see myself wearing this during autumn or at night and also makes for a cozy indoor rainy day scent. 10/10 as there is little feedback I could I provide to enhance the quality of this scent as it delivers exactly what it says and exceeds my own expectations. For anyone differing in views or saying the scent has been overdone, I personally believe Jean Paul Gaultier has done it better than any of their competitors.
