Damaged packaging
I recently purchased a bottle of Xerjoff Nio which arrived sooner than expected making me very happy, sadly the package was damaged. (I know it sounds silly but unless you’re a collector and previously purchased any of the xerjoff fragrances you wouldn’t understand my point) so I sent an email to “ feeling sexy “ they replied and offered me a couple of options I wrote back to them and that was it, I didn’t hear back from them again. A simple follow up. I didn’t ask for anything special from them cause I’m aware that this was not their fault and I’ve always received good service from them but this time I was very disappointed.
